• Each ring is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in shape, finish, and texture are natural and part of the design.

• Materials used are primarily solid 925 sterling silver unless otherwise stated.

• Product descriptions, sizing, and photographs are as accurate as possible. If you have questions, please contact Remy's Rings before purchasing.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (if applicable).

• Payment is processed securely at checkout via PayPal, Credit Card.

3. Shipping​

• Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days. Custom rings or made-to-order rings may take slightly longer depending on design.

• Orders are shipped with Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Remy's Rings is not responsible for delays or issues caused by postal services.

4. Ring Sizing

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to order the correct ring size as Remy's Rings do not offer resizing services after purchase. If you're unsure, please reach out before ordering for guidance.

• Sterling silver can tarnish over time. Use a soft polishing cloth to restore shine.

• Avoid exposing your ring to water, chemicals, or harsh environments to maintain its finish.
